What is Mental Training?
We can not overstate the importance and the value we place on Mental Training here at Jaeger Sports. When Alan Jaeger started Jaeger Sports in 1991, he prioritized it first and foremost. Back in those days it was not popular and almost frowned upon. Luckily, these days it is a necessity to optimize one’s career and performance.
