j bandsColors are for personal preference or to match team colors. Colors do not represent different tensions or strengths. J-Bands™ Jr. are meant for ages 12 and younger. J-Bands™ and J-Bands™ ELITE are meant for ages 13 and older.

J-Bands™ are an integral part of our Arm Care Program and a prerequisite to our Throwing Program. The eleven step J-Bands™ exercise routine is designed to balance, strengthen & condition the rotator cuff & surrounding muscle groups. The J-Bands™ exercise routine is crucial for injury prevention, endurance, recovery period and increased velocity. It is an essential workout for any player whose goal is to have a long and healthy career. The J-Bands allow you to perform 11 basic exercises to strengthen and protect the rotator cuff muscle group.

The J-Bands™ Exercise Banner is a perfect addition for a player, coach or academy to ensure proper implementation of the J-Bands exercise routine. The banner includes photos and descriptions of all 11 J-Bands™ exercises to make sure teams and players are getting the most out of their Arm Care routine.

These exercises can be performed in both the comfort of your home as well as on the playing field. J-Bands have a heavier tension designed for ages 13 & older. Check out our J-Bands™ Jr. for ages 13 and younger. There is a quantity discount for orders of 5 or more.

    Purchased these a few months ago. I’m 64 and had been having pain in my right shoulder. Tracked it down on the internet to most likely be a rotor cuff issue. Tried these band exercises (very slowly at first) a few times a week. I make sure I stretch well before hand. You can find many stretching videos on the internet. I have to say, I’m very pleased. My pain is gone. I’m also able to do pushups again pain free (only 10 but progressing). I highly recommend these bands for a good overall shoulder workout. They definitely helped me. Just BE REAL SAFE that you have them connected to something very secure! Thanks J-Bands!

    I absolutely love my J-Bands! I am a college softball player and have been using them for years as a staple in my throwing routine. I love how they have strengthened my arm, given me confidence in a solid warm-up, and everything else! As a coach, I will always advocate for my athletes to use J-Bands each time they pick up a ball and even on days they don’t. I 100/10 recommend it to all overhead athletes and anybody looking to strengthen their arms!
