What is Arm Conditioning?
Conditioning is defined as the process of training that results in physical fitness. When you put the word “Arm” in front of Conditioning you get exactly what we are trying to accomplish with the Jaeger Sports Arm Care and Conditioning Program. We want to train the Arm over and over so that it results in Physical Fitness (Optimal Conditioning). The attributes of Physical Fitness (Optimal Conditioning) we are trying to accomplish with Arm Conditioning is as follows:
- Health
- Endurance
- Strength
- Velocity
- Recovery
- Consistency
- Longevity
These are just a few of the attributes you will see with a consistent Arm Care and Conditioning Program.
