Remember, everything in this program is a “suggestion”. The ultimate teacher is your arm, so please listen to it. Please trust your instincts. Adjust anywhere you feel makes sense to you. But don’t be surprised if you find that the more you throw, the more you are going to want to throw. And the more you are going to want to throw, the better your arm feels.

Lastly, be sure that you are an ADVOCATE for your arm. Only YOU know on a given day, how far (Distance) you want to go out to, how many throws you want to make (Volume), and with what type of effort (Intent) you want to make. If you feel at ANY time that your preparation/training is being compromised, BE SURE and communicate this with your organization. Your arm is attached to YOUR shoulder, so only YOU know what your arm wants and needs from day to day. Your arm is your guide…so please be loyal to it, and protect it by always being an ADVOCATE for it.
